At Apex Tool, we understand that for a collector, the condition of the box is just as important as the model itself. We take pride in our "collector-grade" packaging standards to ensure your models arrive in pristine condition, ready for display.

1. Order Processing Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed before [1:00 PM] Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/Bank Holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. UK Delivery Options

We use trusted carriers like Royal Mail and DPD to ensure safe handling.

> Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. International Shipping

We ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the model and your location.

  • Europe: 3–7 Working Days

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 Working Days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 Working Days

Customs & Import Duties:

Please note that for all orders shipped outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country. We are unable to control or predict these charges.

4. Our "Collector Protection" Packaging

We do not ship models in plastic bags or flimsy envelopes.

  • Double Protection: All models are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a strong, double-walled cardboard shipping box.

  • Void Fill: We use packing peanuts or air cushions to prevent the model from shifting inside the box during transit.

  • Fragile Tape: Parcels are clearly marked as "Fragile" to alert couriers to handle with care.

5. Pre-Order Policy

Many diecast manufacturers announce models months before release.

  • Release Dates: All release dates provided are estimates from the manufacturer and are subject to change/delay.

  • Combined Orders: If your order contains both In-Stock items and Pre-Order items, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock to save you shipping costs.

  • Split Shipping: If you would like your in-stock items sent immediately, please place two separate orders or contact us to arrange an additional shipping payment.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Non-Delivery: If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days (UK) or 20 working days (International) of dispatch, please contact us so we can raise an investigation with the courier.

  • Damage: If a box arrives visibly crushed, please take a photo of the unopened box before opening it. This helps us claim insurance from the courier if the model inside is broken.
